Apart from forgetting to take out my camera, there was no new photos anyway.
The builder is just getting the place square, and it seems they have shaved some of the timber off the walls to make it straight! Is this normal?
Anyway, plaster has been delivered in a huge pile and I am hoping this will be hung this week.
I can go and choose new tiles Friday yaaaay!!! Now not too sure what I want. More looking at books.

I am pretty sure what you are describing about the shaving off studs is known as 'wall straightening'. It is standard practice I believe before the plaster lining goes on.
My supervisor told me that when the weight of the roof tiles goes onto the the frame, there is often a bit of movement - hence the straightening.
